Weekly Walk & Ruck – Start Your Week Strong! 💪
Kick off your week with good vibes, great conversation and a jump start on your steps!!
Every Monday at 9:00 AM, we’ll meet up for a walk/ruck to start our week off right, fuel our minds, move our bodies and connect with like-minded friends!
✅ What to Bring:
-Yourself (most important!)
-Friends, family, kids, strollers — everyone’s welcome!
-Weight vest if you want a challenge, or just come as you are.
You don’t have to commit to every week, come when you can, and newcomers are always welcome! This is all about community, connection and motivation to start the week right.

📍 Where: East Rowan YMCA Trails, meet at the shelter behind the Y.
