Candlelight Reiki & Restorative

Join Steph for a deeply relaxing evening of restorative yoga paired with the gentle healing energy of Reiki — all by calming candlelight.

Restorative yoga uses supportive props and long-held postures to allow the body to completely release tension, encouraging deep rest and renewal. Reiki, an energy-balancing practice, promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of harmony from within. We'll end the session with a deep meditation.

As the seasons shift, our bodies and minds can feel the effects of change — from disrupted sleep to fluctuating energy levels. This soothing practice creates space to pause, reset, and realign, helping you move into the new season with balance and ease.
