Women's Self Defense Class

Come to The Dainty Den and learn essential techniques to escape from grabs, basic blocking, plus awareness and safety strategies in our Women's Self-Defense Class at The Dainty Den, led by Army veteran and USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame, 4-time black belt instructor Rafael Arredondo. This empowering class welcomes women and teens, fostering a supportive environment for personal safety and confidence-building.
