Equine Craniosacral Therapy ~ Essentials Workshop

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on, whole-body method of releasing restrictions around the brain and spinal cord to enhance central nervous system performance and allow the body to self-correct.
It was developed by an Osteopathic Physician and is hugely popular in Europe and quickly growing in Canada.
CST has a very powerful influence to facilitate the changes necessary for the body to be in balance naturally - it improves neurological function and proprioception, among many other benefits:

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the theory behind Craniosacral Therapy ~ Complexities of the TMJ and Dentistry influence ~ Postural Imbalances, how to ground and prepare yourself for a treatment as well as some Craniosacral Hands-on Techniques.
*Class limited to 8 participants – Horses are available at the stable to work on or you can bring your horse. Please provide your own hay and water pails.
All participants will receive an information folder complete with all theory, diagrams and hand holds covered in the workshop.
