Breathwork is a time-tested, science-backed practice that has been used for centuries to calm the mind, release stress, and bring the body back into balance.
This summer, join us in the beautiful Knowle Park for a 75 minute session with the wonderful Brittney Emley. You will be guided through gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
