Knowle Park Summer Staycation 2025 - Children's Yoga

Join us on Sunday, 3rd August 2025, from 10am to midday, for a fun and relaxing Children’s Yoga morning!

Led by experienced teacher Yasmine Orlando and the Hot Yoga Tribe, these rolling 30-minute free taster sessions are perfect for children of all ages—no previous yoga experience needed.

Drop in at any time during the session and let your little ones discover the benefits of gentle movement, breathing techniques, and mindful play.
