Guided Meditation Group

Join us for calming sessions of guided meditation.

If you are new to meditation or looking to find out more this is for you. We'll explore some different ways to meditate in order to relax and find inner peace. Finding an approach that suits you is important so as this is a new venture we can expand the range of classes to provide something for all. Tony will talk about the different meditation styles and explore them in each session. We'll finish with a warm drink.

We are keeping it simple - it doesn't include a soundbath or a yoga session Most will be seated - we feel this can be better for meditation and often more comfortable especially for older people or those with any mobility problems. There is of course the option to lie down although we need to know when you book as it will affect the room layout.

My husband Tony will be leading these groups as I'm off having a knee replacement soon but I'll be there to support and provide a warm drink afterwards. He’s an experienced teacher (music and TEFL) and a life-long meditator (I won’t say how many years – we’re getting on a bit!).

Those of you who are familiar with my therapy room in Elstead will know what a beautiful calm and special space it is.

It's a ground floor room and we do have a ramp but bear in mind that the toilet is upstairs.

There is plenty of parking. It is a private house so you may need to double-park each other.
