Get ready to kick off the Heads & Tails 5K & Doggie Dash with a tail-wagging good time at Yappy Hour! Join us on Monday, September 22, from 4:30–7 PM at Glyndon Grill (4844 Butler Rd, Glyndon, MD 21136) for an evening of fun, friends, and furry companions.

This pre-race social is the perfect way to meet fellow runners, dog lovers, and supporters before race day. Enjoy refreshing drinks, great food, and lively conversation while connecting with the Heads & Tails 5K community. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this event is your chance to mingle, relax, and get excited for the big race.
