Yoga Mini Retreat - Centering & Contentment, Finding Joy & Gratitude

Step into a world of peace and tranquillity in our beautiful Upper East Range, or in the garden if it is nice weather for a rejuvenating mini yoga retreat at Blackfriars Priory.

Guided by integrative yoga instructor and clinical psychologist, Dr Julia Frearson, you will enjoy:

- An hour and 15 minute practice, designed to reflect the theme of the Summer season. A cooling practice that also cultivates contentment. Celebrate you by by offering yourself time and space to experience gratitude. A slow practice designed to ground and soothe your summer energy.
