I’m so excited to bring my Pilates classes to the new function room at Tuffley Rovers AFC🧘‍♀️

📍 Where: Tuffley Rovers- right side entrance
🗓 When: Every Wednesday , 7.15pm
👩‍🏫 Who with: A fully qualified & certified Pilates instructor (that’s me!)

Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core, improve posture, release stress, or just enjoy some “you-time”, Pilates is for EVERY body – beginner friendly and welcoming to all.
