Lunar Phases & Yoga Nidra Meditation Circle

Join Wyndee Egan at Treetop each month for a transformative experience that blends lunar astrology with guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This unique class offers a sacred space to reflect, reset, and realign with the rhythm of the moon and your own inner wisdom.

Each session explores the current moon phase —New Moon and Full Moon,— and how it influences our emotions, intuition, and personal growth. We’ll discuss the astrological sign the moon is in, how it interacts with your birth chart, and how to work with this energy through intention-setting, journaling, and meditation.
