Raquel DaRowe helps bring awareness to the blind spots that create overwhelm, lack of clarity, burnout, self-sabotage, and other hidden constraints. She guides people to recognize who they are not, to reclaim their truth and authenticity, and step fully into a soul-aligned, extraordinary life.

Sara especially loves spending time creating nourishing, life-giving recipes with her daughter, Sage by her side.
Sara's unwavering dedication and commitment to her spiritual practice was conceived the very first time she stepped onto her yoga mat in 2007.
