Fall Equinox Rhythm In Flow

Instructor Katie Monagle and local musician Dennis Monagle offer their signature experience, Rhythm in Flow.

Move through a liberating Vinyasa Flow, guided by Katie's masterful cues, while Dennis creates an immersive soundscape with a variety of instruments, including djembe, didgeridoo, cajón, vocals, and more. The rhythm will guide your breath, deepen your practice, and elevate your spirit.

The class culminates with deep relaxation, as Katie leads you into restorative poses and Dennis envelops you in the healing tones of a sound bath, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
