2 miles done today...makeda and I enjoyed so much, Leo enjoyed being carried. Please donate at my diabetic UK page. Diabetes is a long term disease, no cure is found yet and I, in first person I am finding very hard ro keep it under controll. People has got this idea of just people overweight can get it. THAT IS Wrong. Diabetes can run in the family, stress, ot other diseases and most important for women is when they reach the Perimenopause age. Please help all of us to search for a cure to make our lives a bit more normal. Peace and love from me, Makeda and Leo.
