Black and White Photography

Explore the art of black and white photography around Gloucester Docks. Learn to see in monochrome, using light and shadow, contrast, texture and shape to create striking images. We'll cover practical camera settings and composition, then work through guided mini-challenges with feedback.

Bring your camera (DSLR/mirrorless/compact or phone), a fully charged battery and plenty of card space. A tripod is helpful but optional.
