BeeZee Families healthy eating workshop @ Summer @ SkillZONE

This workshop is designed to support families to become happier and healthier by exploring the Eat Well Guide.

SkillZONE is hosting BeeZee families to deliver a healthy eating workshop at their Summer at SkillZONE event. This workshop is designed to support families with children aged 5-12 to become happier and healthier by exploring the Eat Well Guide and the idea of energy balance—how food gives us energy to stay active and focused. With a focus on healthy lunches, families will learn what makes a balanced lunch and why it’s important. This will be an interactive workshop where we will engage in fun activities like sorting lunch examples and planning meals with recipes. This is a great opportunity to get the whole family involved in a fun, engaging and informative session!
If you have children aged 5-12 please sign your family up now.
Please note our normal parking will not be available. There will be a small amount of on street parking available. It is recommended to take public transport to this event.
