Beauport PRIDE Tour

Step into the world of celebrated interior designer Henry Davis Sleeper, a gay man living in the early twentieth century. At Beauport, his stunning seaside home, you'll explore the richly layered story of Sleeper’s life, family, and friendships. Hear readings from his personal letters and writings by those in his close-knit circle. Along the way, uncover the challenges historians face in interpreting and presenting LGBTQ+ history.

Note: Beauport is also open for regular one-hour tours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on this day.
