Det bliver en WOD der byder på styrke, cardio og funktionelle øvelser.
Det foregår indendørs og alle kan være med, træningen er skalerbar 😊

Er du tilmeldt trænings abonnement til 175 kr. pr. mdr. er træningen indeholdt. https://www.ocrv.dk/product/maanedsabbonnement/
Er du forenings medlem uden mdl. trænings abonnement er prisen 50 kr. pr. gang.
