Vi starter lørdagen med en god omgang træning bag murene 🧱⛓️💪🤩
Det bliver en WOD der byder på styrke, cardio og funktionelle øvelser.
Det foregår indendørs og alle kan være med, træningen er skalerbar 😊

Er du forenings medlem uden mdl. trænings abonnement er prisen 50 kr. pr. gang.
