So excited for another evening of movement & pure bliss as we welcome our next Yoga, Sound & Cacao evening.

Our evening will start with a beautiful Vinyasa flow with me Anneliese 🧘‍♀️

As you lay down in Savasana Rachel will take you into a deep relaxation with her dreamy sound bath 💖

At the end of the sound bath you will all be invited to have a cup of heart opening Cacao to seal our gorgeous evening together 💖
