The perfect session to reset and restore before sleep. This will be a deeply relaxing practice that combines the gentle, supported poses of restorative yoga with the calming ambiance of candlelight. It's a popular way to relieve stress, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. The soft glow of candlelight enhances the experience, creating a serene and nurturing environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Blocks and bolsters will support your practise allowing you to melt into the mat. Restorative yoga, characterised by long-held, supported poses, can be beneficial for fascia health by promoting relaxation and releasing tension. It helps lengthen and soften the fascia, improving flexibility and mobility. Restorative yoga also activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress and inflammation within the fascia. This 90 minute session will enable you to find calm and connection with the body, mind and breath. Please wear comfortable clothing and perhaps bring a blanket. Gender inclusive. Non refundable.
