A Gong Bath is a unique and immersive sound healing experience that uses the power of vibrational sound to help you relax, release stress, and rejuvenate your spirit. During the session, you'll lay down comfortably on your mat or chair, wrapped in a cosy blanket with a soft pillow, while the enchanting sounds of gongs wash over you.

I will play a variety of gongs to creating soothing sounds that resonate with your body's natural frequencies. As the vibrations wash over you, you'll drift into a state of deep relaxation, releasing tension and promoting healing from within.

Contraindications - Gong baths are not suitable for people with a pacemaker, severe, enduring mental health illness, anyone feeling suicidal or experiencing a mental health crisis, or who have drug and/or alcohol dependency. If you suffer with epilepsy, or anyother type of seizures, please consult your GP before booking a place, to ensure it is safe for you to attend. You are responsible for your own wellbeing so please contact me before booking if you are unsure.
Arrive 7:20 PM - for 7:30pm start
🌧️ Don't forget to bring your own:
Mat or chair
Cosy blanket
Soft pillow
Bolster for under your knees if desired
Drinks of water will be available but please do bring your own bottle if you prefer
