๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: We have 8 teams so far including 4 newbies! They will battle it out over 5 rounds (wings, mince, ribs, brisket & dessert)to be crowned grand champions. The teams work extremely hard with prep starting the day before and cooking very early in the morning to prepare their entries. ๐๐๐ฑ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ด: This years judging panel will include representatives from The Old School BBQ Bus and John Mettrick as well as renowned food critic Louise Rhind-Tutt. We also have a couple of special guest judges to be announced in due course and of course we will run our competiton for one lucky member of the public to join the judges table so keep an eye out! ๐

๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐: As usual, weโll also be using the day to help raise valuable funds for local charity Reuben's Retreat with our raffle and donation buckets that youโll find on any of the stalls. Any change you can spare will seriously help to change lives.
