Join Andy on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Bradbury Community House, Glossop, for a transformative breathwork session designed exclusively for men. Proceeds support Mentell, a local men’s mental health charity.

Why is this event men-only?
Male suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50, with men making up 75% of cases (Source: ONS). Men also represent 96% of the prison population and 70% of people experiencing homelessness in the UK.

Andy, a leader of men's groups since 2017, understands the challenges men face in expressing their inner worlds. Breathwork helps unmask and release suppressed emotions, using techniques that reset and rewire the nervous system’s stress response.

This workshop draws on indigenous teachings adapted to the modern, busy mind, focusing on being rather than doing. It encourages embodying health rather than merely thinking about it.
