End of Year Meeting 2025

Greetings,

I’m reaching out to inform you that a public meeting will be held at 6:30 PM on August 14th at Glenwood City Hall.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open forum for community feedback on how the season went and to discuss ideas for improvement moving forward.

We will also be electing officers to fill several vacancies on the board. If you are interested in any of the following open positions, we encourage you to attend:

Scheduling Coordinator

Concessions Coordinator

Baseball/Softball Commissioner

Treasurer
