Original and Traditional Music Open Mic

Calling all songwriters and performers of traditional music! Come to Acrospire Brewing at 1702 Mt. Royal Blvd, on Thursday, Dec. 11th from 6-8:30 for our Open Mic. We promote original music, traditional music and music in the public domain (expired copyright).

It's holiday season, and whatever holiday you celebrate we encourage you to bring an original or traditional song celebrating, Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Yuletide, the Winter Solstice or Festivus (the holiday for the rest of us)! If you celebrate no holiday, bring a song about snow!

We are working toward building a community of songwriters and performers of traditional music where the new can inform the old and vice-versa.
