Savor Your Palate with Sakari Smithwick

Chef Sakari Smithwick will offer a cooking demonstration, discuss food scarcity and food deserts, and "Savor Your Journey," his new book, which will be released in December. The event is free and open to the public. Smithwick is an author, entrepreneur, chef and has appeared on "Hell's Kitchen" on FOX and "Chopped" on Food Network. Presented by SUNY Adirondack's Business and Culinary clubs.
