About the event

Invasive Species Hike and Workshop with QLC
Join us on Saturday, July 19, from 9-10:30am at Leon M. Steves Big Bay Preserve for a guided hike and invasive species workshop.

Ecologist and Queensbury Land Trust Board Member Andy Damon will lead a light, one-mile hike, teaching you how to identify common invasive species in the area. You’ll also learn how to report your findings to help map and monitor their spread, as well as different management techniques used to control them.

• When: Saturday, July 19, 9:00–10:30 AM

• Where: Leon M. Steves Big Bay Preserve

• Who: Limited to the first 20 people to RSVP
