Hello ladies.
I hope you are all doing well.
Our next session is on Monday the 24th of November.
What do we have in store for you?
* Welcome our new members
* Daunder the tables
* Tables of freebies, to sell and book club
* Collecting any donations for the foodbank this session so that the foodbank has enough time to make up Christmas food parcels. The foodbank is also very short on plastic bags so please have a look at the back of cupboards, boots of cars, or even ask friends and relatives if they have any spares you can bring along
* The Beetle Drive kit will be out, this always gives a giggle and some friendly competition.
* Lyn Hill is our guest speaker and is coming along to show us some first aid.
* We end the night with our game of bingo, dobbers at the ready.

Need to try and get another 16 bums on seats if possible so would appreciate if you can share away for me please

To members who have not joined us for a session because of the belly butterflies holding you back, please get in touch. We really are a fab, and supportive group of ladies who will give you the warmest of welcomes and will make sure you are not sitting alone.
I know we have a few ladies going through some tough life challenges at the moment. I will be running a supported conversation session from 6-6.30, it's a safe space to chat and discuss how we can support you further, if useful. Please can you let me know if this is something you would like to come along to in advance of the session.
Some of our ladies are not on social media so if you can share this information that would be great.
The session is free to attend with a donation box at the tea table. All donations go directly back into the group.
Please remember your mug for your cuppa!
