Hello ladies.
I hope you are all doing well.
Our next session is 2 weeks tonight, and it's a wee bit different.
It's our wreath making night, with the tea area being set up for blethers, brews, and biccies. I will also have the craft box, games, cards, dominoes or just come and connect and share stories, time just for you.
I have a couple of spaces become available for the wreath making so please let me know if you are interested. It's £13.50 and includes the wreath, lights, all of the goodies and Christmas bag to take it home in.
What do we have in store for you?
* Welcome our new members
* Wreath making (if you have asked for a space)
* Daunder the tables
* Craft box, cards, dominoes, games and if anyone would like to write some Christmas Cards to people collecting items from the foodbank I will bring those along too. I thought it might be nice for people using the foodbank who might not have anyone to get a wee thoughtful card.
* I am also bringing the bingo stuff too
* Once the wreath making is set up I will be around if anyone would like a blether, help, support etc..
I have had some people volunteer to come along early to help with the set up, thank you so much.
For some reason the Messenger chat links for our events are not working for some people, I will try again with them.
A wee reminder that we will be collecting all items for the foodbank during our session on Monday 24 November so that they have the items in plenty time for the Christmas parcels.
To members who have not joined us for a session because of the belly butterflies holding you back, please get in touch. We really are a fab, and supportive group of ladies who will give you the warmest of welcomes and will make sure you are not sitting alone.
If you are coming along to the wreath making you don't need to let me know you are coming. If you are coming for a blether, brew, and biccie please let me know in the chat or select 'Going' in the event so that I put out enough tables and chairs.
Some of our ladies are not on social media so if you can share this information that would be great.
The session is free to attend with a donation box at the tea table. All donations go directly back into the group.
I will be running a supported conversation session from 6-6.30, it's a safe space to chat and discuss how we can support you further, if useful. Please can you let me know if this is something you would like to come along to in advance of the session.
