What do we have in store for you?

* Fiona from Later Life Choices is our guest speaker and will be sharing the great work that they do. Thank you Fiona. **
* End with our wee game of bingo
*** Volunteers Needed***
If anyone is around earlier on Monday night then help for the following would be fab!
* People to welcome new members (meet at door, the set-up)
* Set Up tea station and other bits
* Give out bingo stuff
* Help pack up at the end
I know not everyone can attend every session so I will ask before each of the sessions to see who can help.
I’ve just been told that the chat area in our Group will be removed by Facebook. They are no longer going to offer this which means the various chats we currently have about our events will be removed soon. Our alternative is creating chats in Messenger but only visible to those reading them on their phone. We may need to consider how else we keep in touch, email for example. We can discuss this on the 22nd.
Events update:
* Wreath Making on Monday 3 November - 6 spaces left
*Christmas Shopping to Livingston & High Tea on the 30th of November - 23 spaces left, so please share with your friends and family as need to get bums on seats, even if they don't want to come to the High Tea afterwards
*Xmas Party night on the 5th of December at the CISWO. Only 1 space left.
Please bring along anything for the table of freebies, table to sell and books to swap.
* Please also remember a mug for your cuppa
* To members who have not joined us for a session because of the belly butterflies holding you back, please get in touch. We really are a fab, and supportive group of ladies who will give you the warmest of welcomes and will make sure you are not sitting alone.
Please can you let me know if you are coming along. Our wee group is growing and I would like to have enough tables and chairs for you coming (I am still looking into more space) so please accept apologies if things feel a bit 'cosy' right now.
Some of our ladies are not on social media so if you can share this information that woul be great.
The session is free to attend with a donation box at the tea table. All donations go directly back into the group.
LASTLY.... Kenny and I have an annual charity night every year to support local charities in our community. The event is almost sold out (27th September) so please get in touch ASAP if you would like tickets, its bring your own booze and a great night, I know some of you ladies are coming along, thank you. If you would like to support but dont fancy coming along (people have been in touch) then these are the ways you can support:
* A raffle prize
* Do you have or know of anyone who would like to donate an auction prize, do you have your own business and would like to donate a package, service? Lots of marketing on the night and we share business cards etc, anything else you can think of. Our 3 charities are:
* Andy's Man Club - Glenrothes
* Later Life Choices - Formerly Age Concern (Glenrothes)
* The Cottage Famliy Centre
