Our next session is on Monday the 1st of September.
What do we have in store for you?
* Welcome our new members
* Daunder the tables and a catch up
* Fun times with our Beetle Drive
* Andrea Cooke is our guest speaker on Monday and will talk us through how part of her own self-care includes looking after her skin. We will be getting a wee demo and also some free samples for you to take home, thank you Andrea **
* End with our wee game of bingo
I'm going to change how we start, so instead of me talking for ages at the beginning, we can open up, you have a daunder round the tables and that means I can be around to answer questions and help with the events folders. This gives you ladies more time to connect with each other.
*** Volunteers Needed***
I am still working through your great feedback, hence a couple of changes. If anyone is around earlier on Monday night then help for the following would be fab!
* People to welcome new members (meet at door, the set-up)
* Set Up tea station and other bits
* Give out bingo stuff
* Help pack up at the end
I know not everyone can attend every session so I will ask before each of the sessions to see who can help.
*Still lots of spaces on the Christmas Shopping trip on the 30th of November so please share with your friends and family as need to get bums on seats, even if they don't want to come to the High Tea afterwards
*Over 25 of us are booked for the Xmas Party night on the 5th of December at the CISWO. If you have booked a space your £10 deposit money is now due as this is what I need to get you a ticket.
* Still places for the wreath making night (3 November) so feel free to invite your pals. I have priced everything so the cost will be £13.50 which includes the following:
** Artificial Wreath (you can make a new wreath as the seasons change)
** Outdoor lights for your wreath
** Wreath hanger
** All materials and goodies for decoration
** Your own Christmas bag to take your new wreath home with you
I appreciate not everyone will want to do this and that is absolutely fine. I will have a Christmas Craft box for you to make cards, decorations etc. Or just come and chill and have a good cuppa and blether, the Christmas tunes will be on.
* Please remember mugs for your cuppa!
* To members who have not joined us for a session because of the belly butterflies holding you back, please get in touch. We really are a fab, and supportive group of ladies who will give you the warmest of welcomes and will make sure you are not sitting alone.
*The table of freebies, table to sell, and table of books to take and swap will be available too.
*Lastly I want everyone to feel included therefore if there is an event you would like to take part in but due to financial pressures can't please please get in touch. The money we take in from sessions helps to buy things, but I am also happy to contribute towards events if it means you can be included. Let's remove as many barriers as we can.
Please can you let me know if you are coming along. Our wee group is growing (much love) and I would like to have enough tables and chairs for you coming (I am still looking into more space) so please accept apologies if things feel a bit 'cosy' right now.
Some of our ladies are not on social media so if you can share this information that woul be great.
LASTLY.... Kenny and I have an annual charity night every year to support local charities in our community. The event is almost sold out (27th September) so please get in touch ASAP if you would like tickets, its bring your own booze and a great night, I know some of you ladies are coming along, thank you. If you would like to support but dont fancy coming along (people have been in touch) then these are the ways you can support:
* A raffle prize
* Do you have or know of anyone who would like to donate an auction prize, do you have your own business and would like to donate a package, service? Lots of marketing on the night and we share business cards etc, anything else you can think of. Our 3 charities are:

* Later Life Choices - Formerly Age Concern (Glenrothes)
* The Cottage Famliy Centre
