Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga at Marsh Creek State Park

Join Melinda for a 90- minute session which includes an introduction to paddle boarding, a short paddle, and some guided yoga on the boards. Taking in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through the water beneath us and the sky above. This is an all-levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers.

No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water! I teach classes at Marsh Creek State Park, Downingtown, PA and Red Cross certified lifeguard, Paddle Fit/SUP certified and has been teaching SUP for 8 years.

Investment Fee - $50 Includes Paddleboard & Instruction
