Moonlight Meditation & Paddle at Marsh Creek

Quiet your mind and tune in to the sounds of nature around you. We will guide you through a gentle series of asanas followed by a yoga nidra meditation while bathing under the light and energy of the full moon.

If you are inclined, an optional float will follow where you can watch the sun set and moon rise on the waters of Marsh Creek Lake.

This event requires you to provide your own floating device and must adhere to PAFBC and Marsh Creek State Park regulations.

A release of liability form will be required for those wishing to participate in the optional paddle.
