Here's to the 7th year in a row. This year we will have two floating party barges again, and the largest stereo to ever float on the water!
We are going to be rafting up in the original spot that is up the lower side of the back channel of Neville Island.
Come one, come all!
To ensure the raft up stays in place we like to get the bigger boats to tie up first, closest to the party barges, and every 3-4 boats someone should drop an anchor to help keep our line. 32' and above come around 1:30 and smaller boats well start getting you in around 2:00.
We'll be going well into the evening. Bring lots to drink and eat! It is quite the event you won't want to go anywhere.
GPAC will host overnight dockage for anyone that needs it, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate. We do not charge for this but a donation to the club is always appreciated for overnight dockage.
All are welcomed in the boating community and their friends!
We will be on channel #69, please radio us on approach and we will assist getting people in and tied up. Bring enough ropes and fenders for both sides of your boat.
Please be mindful to the boat you are rafting to. Have adequate fenders and ropes for both sides of your boat. Do not rely on your neighbor to have fenders. If you need to leave and pull your boat out please let both neighbors know, if you cannot find them please tell the DJ so we can find those people for you. Safety First!
DJ Jack Millz will be DJing all day as always.
If you have been to this before you know its a good time. The floating deck/DJ Booth(s) will be center of the raft up.
