Yuletide Yin & Ceremonial Cacao

Join Penelope for Yuletide Yin Yoga and Ceremonial Cacao create a nurturing space for reflection, relaxation, and heart-centered connection during the winter season. In this event we will dive into the element of water, which is said to be the most Yin element. Nearing the shortest day of the year, we will enjoy the warm sips of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, calming Yin poses and a mindful relaxing savasana 🤎
