Transformational Cycles Group

This transformational cycles group is for all menstruators who are interested in learning how to use their 28-day cycle as a guide map for creativity, nervous system regulation, and self care. In this group, we will use somatic and creative approaches to build skills to apply to each phase of the cycle to transform those challenge points into revitalizing strengths.
