Monique Quinones is passionate about building strong communities and empowering others through leadership and service. As a grant writer and program manager, she works to create opportunities for foster children and families, ensuring that programs are sustainable and impactful. She plays an active role in organizing events like the Foster Festival and local fundraisers, bringing people together to support a shared mission. Monique believes leadership isn’t just about making decisions – it’s about creating space for others to thrive and helping them succeed.
