Hula hoop tech workshop !
4315 E. Mississippi Ave. Glendale, CO 80246 at the Bella Diva World Dance Studio.
Saturday May 17th from 12:15pm to 1:45pm, hour and a half mirrored studio session!
LIMBS - we will be hitting my favorite tricks and transitions for legwork, footwork, knee hooping, elbow hooping, neck and arms !! This is an All Levels friendly class, that will have moments to build in difficulty.
This is a BYOP (bring your on prop) Event, I will not ave extra hoops on hand a I’ll be flying in. I always suggest a smaller sized hoop ranging in 25-27 as some of these techy tricks can be mor challenging for larger hoops, not impossible though!

Class will start PROMPTLY ! A recap will be sent out sometime after class to remind you of anything you’ve forgotten, need to refresh or might’ve missed.
These are small intimate classes with a MAX of 15 students per workshop!
