Full Moon Soundbath, Yin Yoga & Reiki

In an intimate small-group setting, harmonize with the nurturing energy of the full moon with a sacred pause for rest, reflection and rejuvenation. Gently stretch and release tension from your body in Yin Yoga with mindful breathwork. Honor any emotions, or energy in motion, relaying messages from within through guided meditation. Receive support for deep relaxation, insight and healing through hands-on Reiki and immersive sounds from crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
