BHS Skills Clinic

This clinic is designed for tumbling athletes who are ready to learn, improve, or perfect their back handsprings—a key skill required to advance to Level 3.

Through focused drills, strength and flexibility work, and expert spotting, athletes will build the technique, power, and confidence needed to perform safe and consistent back handsprings. Whether they’re just starting out or working on refining the skill, this clinic provides the tools and support to help each athlete succeed.

Let’s get stronger, flip with confidence, and get one step closer to Level 3!

**Athlete must already be enrolled in Level 2, or be able to perform a back and front walkover to register for this clinic.
