Creative Reflections following Seashore Walk with Sea Synergy

As part of their blue flag beach tour of the county, Sea Synergy are coming to Rossbeigh to lead a seashore walk guided by a marine biologist.

This event will complement the biodiversity walk taking place a week earlier on the back beach with the Irish Wildlife Trust (9th August) – giving us an opportunity to think between the distinct environments that shape the two sides of the sand spit.

After the walk we will gather to record some of our observations & share stories about the beach – from memories of The Sunbeam to the Magical City. We will be guided through some creative exercises by The Mantle project coordinator Emily Fitzell to respond to the changing conditions of Rossbeigh Strand.

Please note the seashore walk is now fully booked - this session will follow on for people attending the Sea Synergy event.
