Dublin Mountains Sound Bath

🗓 Date: Sunday 18th January 2026 🕒 Time: 3:00–5:00pm 📍 Location: Glenasmole Community Centre, Dublin

Join us for a deeply nourishing 2-hour session designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your inner calm, and leave feeling lighter and more centred.

In the peaceful surroundings of the Dublin Mountains, you’ll be guided through:

• Breathwork – Practical exercises to relax the body and reset the nervous system
• Mindful Movement - Restorative and meditative movement
• Sound Bath – An immersive experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and shamanic drum to soothe and restore

• Yoga mat or sleeping mat
• Blanket and cushion
• Warm layers and cosy socks
• Journal and pen
• eye mask

No experience necessary — complete beginners are welcome.

• Deep relaxation and stress relief
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional release in a safe, held space
• Restored clarity, presence, and inner calm
