Dublin I am coming for some summer sessions in the SUN! Come and join me on Saturday 11th July as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work! 

What to expect at the session -


- 14 players per group
- 2 hours of high level football & fitness coaching
- All sessions delivered by coach Josh Paul
- Film crew to capture all the action
- High intensity football drills and match play
- Q + A with coach Josh

Time - 10am - 12pm

Location - Powerleague Dublin - The Spawell Complex, Templeogue, Wellington Ln, Dublin, D6W HX98, Ireland

What to wear - Football training kits + Shin pads + moulded studs or astroturfs
