The Power to Change

Feeling stuck? Are there habits and thought patterns you’d like to change? Buddhist teachings can unravel negative ways of thinking about ourselves and others. You can change your life by changing your mind. Over this weekend retreat, Kadam Donna will help us become inspired about our ability to change for the better. We will see that we are always in flux and so there is infinite possibility for transformation. With this understanding, we can then use special meditative techniques to direct this change. As we start to see gradual improvement, we will feel confident and inspired that anything is possible. Everyone is welcome!
