✨What is yin yoga?✨
🧘🏻♀️Yin yoga is a slow, gentle practice where we hold poses for a 3-5 minutes at a time. Instead of focusing on muscles, we’re targeting the deeper connective tissues—like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s less about effort and more about softening, stillness, and turning inward.
🌑Our theme for this session is New Moon Eclipse…we will be releasing, getting our inner garden ready then we will be planting our intention seeds.
🌱Think of yin yoga like giving your body and mind time to settle, the same way soil rests before a seed grows. By staying in poses longer, we create space in the body, release tension, and invite energy to flow more freely. It’s about quiet growth, not pushing or striving.
