My name is Jeff Lau and I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Join me as I guide you through a walk through nature, focusing on your senses and your connection with the wild beings around you. This is not a hike. You will be invited to walk, stroll, sit, or even lie down as you tune in to the natural world around you.
