Happy Hour HIIT (FREE)

Join us on September 17 for our next round of Happy Hour HIIT! We are teaming up with Concord Township Parks & Recreation to bring you a FREE, 45-minute workout followed by socialization and a complimentary drink courtesy of 2 Stones Pub.

The kids will have been in school for a few weeks, so at the very least, you've earned 45 minutes of mom-only time!

Class will be bodyweight only, so all you need is an exercise mat, some water, and a sweat towel!
