Sunday Yin Yoga at Burn Boot Camp- Atlee

Slow down and recover with me! Yin Yoga is an incredibly powerful and transformative practice that focuses on deep stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness. By holding poses for an extended period of time (typically 3-5 minutes), practitioners are able to target the deep connective tissues in the body, such as the fascia, ligaments, and joints.
