Every woman holds an inner glow—a quiet but powerful spark that is uniquely her own. But in the midst of daily responsibilities and the ever-moving rhythm of life, that light can grow faint. It longs to be seen, tended, and rekindled.

Fireflies Retreat is your invitation to do just that, to blend light-hearted practices with soulful transformation, all in celebration of You. This weekend will be a sanctuary for self-love, deep connection, and the sparkle of sisterhood. It’s a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with your truth, and reawaken the part of you that still believes in magic, wonder, and possibility.

This year, we’ve expanded the retreat to begin with a Friday evening Cacao Ceremony to welcome you into the circle as well as more time on Saturday, providing more spaciousness to integrate, connect, and play with possibility. Whether you're yearning to reignite your inner glow or simply carve out space to breathe, dream, and be, this is your sacred invitation.

A Weekend of Wonder: Expect the Unexpected

• Opening Cacao Ceremony & Land Blessing: Settle into sacred space where we’ll open the circle, bless the land, sip cacao, and begin weaving the threads of connection that will carry us through the days ahead.
• Summer Solstice Energy Work: Celebrated as a time of brightness and manifestation, we will channel this vibrant energy to fuel our retreat, crafting a space where you can explore your potential, remember the gift of play and ignite your creative spirit.
• Connection with Nature & Elemental Flow: Reconnect with the natural world and the energies that move within and around you through gentle qi gong and nature-based practices to guide you into deeper relationship with the elements and their healing wisdom.
• Creative & Expressive Exploration: Through Chakradance, intuitive art, and playful workshops, you’ll be invited to express your inner wisdom in movement, color, and sound—allowing your soul to speak in its native language.
• Soothing Soundscapes & Stillness: Relax into deep rest with sound baths, guided meditations, and nurturing quiet time. Let your nervous system recalibrate in the peace of presence.
• Circle of Sisterhood & Support: Gather in circle with like-hearted women who will see you, celebrate you, and hold space for your unfolding. This is a weekend to laugh, cry, reflect, and rise together.
• Nourishing Gatherings & Connections: Enjoy wholesome, delicious meals and beautiful ceremonies to nourish body and soul while nurturing each participant's journey.
• Time for Integration & Embodiment: Practices and quiet time to help you embody everything you’ve awakened, so you can take your glow with you back into everyday life—grounded, centered, and clear.

Spaces are limited to maintain the intimacy and sacredness of our circle, and the retreat sold out last year.

Investment: $555 / $444 early bird pricing until May 12

Cost of retreat includes all sessions (including optional morning movement sessions), all activity supplies, curated gifts, catered lunch & dinner on Saturday and catered lunch on Sunday, as well as light snacks and drinks throughout the retreat. Travel and overnight accommodations are not included.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable but you are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or family member. If there is a waitlist for the event, we will also attempt to replace your registration with a person on the waitlist. While we are unable to guarantee this option, if we are able to do so, we are happy to refund your registration once payment from the waitlisted individual is received.
